Donated funds support our students struggling with financial hardship. We want students to be able participate in band despite the challenging times many families find themselves in. 48% of Bellevue East students receive free and reduced meal plans.  Our student fees range from $450-$600 per season. 

We believe full stomachs lead to full hearts and open minds. We serve several thousand meals a year to performers, staff, and parent volunteers at our various performances and events we host each year. 

The performing arts have evolved and many of our production necessitate costuming in order to tell our story in the most effective way. Costuming costs range from $100-$200 per performer. 

Our marching band and winter performing arts utilize multiple forms of set design to take audiences on a journey with our performances.  Some productions utilize tarps as floor coverings, some use set pieces or props to convey the scene.  In some productions flags are used to help with scenic elements. Floor coverings cost $3500 on average. Flags cost $35/ea typically utilizing  2-3 per performer in each performance.
